COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

All users are responsible for use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. The clients should not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have gained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You permit that your Products do not violate upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, the right of advertisement or privacy, and will not insult or offense any third party and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. When you request for an order, then you must authorize The Cigarette Boxes to produce the Products on your behalf.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages and any other materials ("Content") are the exclusive responsibility of the person that produced such Content. Therefore, users are answerable for all Content that you send, upload, post or otherwise broadcast via the website. You agree to obey with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not use the website to upload, post or otherwise conduct any Content that contains indecent, anything unlawful, or any content that violates the logical property rights or other trademarked rights of The Cigarette Boxes or any third party. The Cigarette Boxes does not control the Content posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accurateness, honor or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances The Cigarette Boxes will be responsible to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find disgusting, impolite or offensive.

Its customer’s own duty to protect his personal information and keep it confidential.

Every individual is responsible for his/her registered account. User is responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken from his/her registered account. When you, or someone to whom you have given access, orders a print item using your password, you grant The Cigarette Boxes the world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, adapt, adapt, print, exhibit and create imitative works from the Content on the website and on the printed product always select stylish designs.

You acknowledge that The Cigarette Boxes and its designers shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. DESIGN FILES

The low-resolution files (72DPI) are not provided by The Cigarette Boxes. its depend on user that what type of file he/she want to buy. Please contact [email protected] for a quote.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK

Whatever the order you will send us, we will manufacture your printing and packaging according to your desire. But it is our role that All artwork or designs and images should be provided by the customer in CMYK format and with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. The Cigarette Boxes is not responsible for any color changes that occur in transformations from RGB to CMYK color modes. The Cigarette Boxes is also not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.

PROOFING & MATCHING

When we get an order of printing and packaging from our dear clients, first we make a sample of printing and then we send it to clients for the approval. It is the duty of every customer for reviewing all details mentioned in the specification sheet, including but not limited to, delivery dates and or production speed, and confirm that all of the customer requests have been exactly renowned. The Cigarette Boxes is not responsible for any specifications and requirements beyond what is noted in the final specification sheet. In addition, to review the final artwork proof as proofreading is the responsibility of the customer. files are built in multiple ways and a lot of times the changes which occur in files are unplanned. The Cigarette Boxes intensely advocates that the proof is printed out at 100% to check actual position, spelling, and other design elements. The Cigarette Boxes will not be responsible for any design or spelling mistakes that are not recognized by the customer and transferred to The Cigarette Boxes immediately. When the users give us the approval of printing and packaging we at once send it to production department.

We are not responsible for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. The Cigarette Boxes will try to match the gradient density of each color in duo-tone. Final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a color match proof is not the responsibility of The Cigarette Boxes. In addition, application of lamination may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. The Cigarette Boxes do not take responsibility for final color appearance of a laminated product.

MATERIALS

Any requirement that the paper/card stock used for printing for our products is not food grade and it should be communicated in writing immediately. Please let us know before placing the order, If you've any specific food grade requirement with regards to paper stock.

Our dear clients are always answerable for evidence and design approval to the printing.
The Cigarette Boxes is NOT ANSWERABLE for errors in a printed product caused by any of the following:

  • Placement and Incorrect Font Usage or graphic orientation
  • Grammatical, spelling or Punctuation Errors
  • Wrong Die cuts, slits or Incorrect and Missing Folds
  • Finished Product Size

 

COLOR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS

The Cigarette Boxes will rebuild color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, The Cigarette Boxes cannot warranty color match and color density because of limitations in the printing processes, different properties of various printing surfaces, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. The exactitude of color reproductions is definite to be within 90% of the final proof you approved. We are only responsible color reproduction for your print-ready files if you order a hardcopy proof for an additional charge. Please note that The Cigarette Boxes is not responsible for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent.

INDEMNITY

You agree that you shall reimburse and support The Cigarette Boxes and all parties from whom we have licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphics or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order is shipped then after that it will not be cancelled. You can cancel your order during production stages but keep one thing in mind that cancellation charges will be apply. Our Customer representative staff will inform you of any cancellation charges.

  1. Orders are placed online.
  2. Orders are reworked in our design department.
  3. Orders are sent to the press.


You may cancel your order on 2nd stage but if you cancel your order in 1st stage, The Cigarette Boxes will charge you $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges and to cover our design department fees. If you cancel your order on 2nd stage, minimum 20% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department's charges. if you want to cancel your order on 3rd stage, we can try to do that but we do not give guarantee of the cancellation on this stage. If it gets cancelled, we will deduct at least 50%of the total order amount. But on 4th stage the order do not cancel.

 

DESIGN ORDERS

No Refunds are issued for any design services orders when the order is already delivered.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As all orders are always out striking but if there is a slight error we can re-print the order but you not get any refund or credit from The Cigarette Boxes.

RE-PRINTS

If there is any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products, the customers should tell within 3 business days of order delivery. It’s good to check the order when it is delivered on your door step because The Cigarette Boxes will not be answerable for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.

In order to receive replacement products, the customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without the prior written return authorization from The Cigarette Boxes.
The printing charges are nor refundable.

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The Cigarette Boxes offers the following product options when placing an order: STANDARD (Shipping Time NOT GUARANTEED):

  • Free Ground shipping within 48 contiguous states.
  • Usually Ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval.
  • Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed.
  • PRIORITY - Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days.
  • Free Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.
  • Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval.
  • EXPRESS - Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days.
  • FREE Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.
  • Products will be shipped within 6 business day after final proof approval.
  • In all cases, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping times.


We will always act to print and ship orders in a timely manner. In no case, The Cigarette Boxes will be responsible for any magnitudes or reparations resulting from any delay in the production, delivery, or supply of the ordered products.

All our dear customers agree not to hold The Cigarette Boxes accountable for delays in delivery caused by technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond The Cigarette Boxes’ direct control. Our cargo and delivery dates are planned based upon guesses provided by our dealers and recent order history.

We will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. Though, surprising equipment failure, malfunction or technical problems may delay the printing or shipping processes. In case of delays in the printing or shipping processes, rush charges or expedite fees will be returned or ignored where applicable. But the Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in the printing or shipping processes.

Other than this our dear customers agree to pay all customs duties and fees on the good that are delivered to their respective locations. It is the responsibility of the clients to make schedules to clear customs for shipments delivered outside the United States. The Cigarette Boxes plays their best role to make everything perfect for the customers as the quality and pricing are a joint stress for the customers. Hence, we are always ready to give the best quality with reasonable price. We love to serve you within time period that is we have built our production housed not only in USA but in Europe and Asia as well. So that customer demand can be fulfilled on time.

DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES

It is the customer’s own duty to check the order when it is delivered on his/her location and if something is missing or damaged informed immediately in fact before accepting delivery. We do not take our responsibility if the client contacts us after three business days.

We are very flexible in our dealings. We always deliver you some extra piece of packaging boxes. These extra packaging boxes are free of cost. we do not take any extra charges. Therefore, it is better to order the exact quantity. The extra packaging is delivered so that if any of the piece is damaged during shipping. You can replace it. We also suggest that customers should order 10% over the required quantity.

Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that have to be reshipped due to the fact that an error was made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address.
 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Cigarette Boxes is not only unique but have excellent quality as well. You acknowledge that operation of the site may not be constant or error-free. References and links to products or services of independent companies may appear on the site. These references and links are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall The Cigarette Boxes or its licensors, contractors, or salespersons, their officers, managements, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or following damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits. We give 100% guarantee that our designed printing and packaging never get failure.

In no event, we will be apt or answerable for any hurts or consequences arising from or related to your unsuitable or unofficial use of this site or its matter.
